    My 95 year old father in law bought a microwave here. A week later he didn't like it anymore. I took it back and they gave a complete refund, no hassle. They also service appliances. Think about that the next time you buy an appliance.

    Thank you to Charlie for sending Jeff to our house today to repair our dryer. We had scheduled a 10:30 appointment, but was told by Whirlpool to cancel it due to confusion on whether or not Charlie's was an authorized dealer. The lady at Whirlpool had no clue what she was doing when I spent an hour on the phone yesterday trying to get the approval sent over to Charlie's for the repair. Charlie's sent Jeff to our house, on time, for the appointment at 10:30...which was a blessing in disguise. Unaware of the cancellation, Jeff showed up ready to work, with a new motor in hand for our dryer. After confirming with Charlie it was okay to do the warranty work, Jeff got started right away and within the hour, our dryer was humming like new again. I was able to go back to work with minimal time away from the office. I cancelled the other company who was supposed to show up sometime between 12Noon and 5PM. I would highly recommend Charlie's Appliance Sales and Service. They're professionalism, promptness and willingness to work on warranty items will keep me coming back for all of our appliance needs. Thanks again to Charlie's Appliance for helping to make our frustrating experience with Whirlpool's warranty repair a thing of the past. Thank you for sending out Jeff to take care of our dryer that was only 10 months old when the motor went out. We look forward to calling on your company again, if the need arises.
